Customer Service Advisor
Premier HVAC Company, long established, high turnover and well respected, is currently looking for an energised, dedicated, French and/or Dutch speaking CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR based at Brierley Hill, to facilitate liaison with UK and European customer base across their global chain.
Offered as a permanent contract with attractive working conditions and competitive salary range of £22,000 to £25,000 p.a. (dependent upon experience and skills) and additional employee benefits, this role presents a fabulous opportunity to join a global organisation.
Customer Service Advisor duties:
- Act as first point of call for all customer email and phone contact
- Provide customer design quotations
- Process customer orders, analyse and resolve invoice queries
- Promote online spares system, Empress
- Liaise with production, purchasing & transport departments to ensure orders arrive on time/in full
- Deal with UK and European customers and suppliers
- Handle customer issues and complaints
- Manage customer returns
Skills and Attributes required by Customer Service Advisor:
- Customer focussed
- French and/or Dutch fluency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and see alternatives and solutions
- Holistic approach to customer requirements
- Ability to adapt to fluid situations
- Good team player with a ‘one team’ approach
- Ability to professionally challenge the business for the good of the customer
- IT proficient and computer literate
Hours of Work: Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm
Salary: £22,000 p.a. to £25,000 p.a. (dependent upon skills and experience)
