Successful, well-established Design, Build and Maintenance organisation seek an experienced Office Manager to join their team and be responsible for office operations.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, as Office Manager your duties will include:

  • Being first point of call for all telephone and email enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties
  • Ensuring the office operates smoothly
  • Processing orders and invoices using Sage 50
  • Maintaining office procedures
  • Managing office supplies
  • Providing support for senior management

Skills/Attributes required by Office Manager:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager
  • Working knowledge of Sage 50 – essential
  • IT proficient (Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word) - essential
  • Knowledge of construction industry - desirable
  • Excellent organisational ability
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Flexible attitude
  • Ability to prioritise

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Hours: Mon to Thurs 9 am – 5 pm, Fri 9 am – 1 pm*

Salary: £25,000 p.a. negotiable dependent upon experience

*Part-time hours may be considered - Mon to Thurs 9 am – 2 pm, Fri 9 am – 1 pm
