Quality Administrator

Premier HVAC Company, long established, high turnover and well respected, is currently looking for an energised, highly organised Quality Administrator to support Quality Management processes at their Brierley Hill plant.  Offering excellent working conditions, this role is a Temporary assignment position with an expected duration of four months.

Reporting directly to Quality Lead Manager, as Quality Administrator, you will be required to:

  • Promote and support Quality Management Systems processes / procedures, conforming to the requirements of ISO9001 and subsequent standards required going forward
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain accurate information about the legislation compliance performance on central database systems
  • Create project trackers and associated documentation
  • Liaise with project principals, providing required information in a timely, efficient manner 

Skills and Attributes required by Quality Administrator:

  • Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency - essential
  • Highly organised
  • Previous experience within a quality environment desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to work both independently and within a team

Location:  Brierley Hill, West Midlands

Hours of Work:  Mon to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Fri 8.30 am to 4.00 pm (37.5 hours weekly)

Rate of Pay:  £11.00 - £12.00 per hour dependent upon experience

Contract:  Temporary (4-month duration)
