A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-established Facilities Management organisation as Receptionist, covering maternity leave starting January 2022. Representing the client at their prestigious site, providing services to Clients, Suppliers and Management, minimum term of contract is 9 months, which could extend to 12 months.  Hours of work are 1pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling of incoming and outgoing calls and emails accordingly
  • Greeting and signing in Visitors
  • Sorting and franking post and parcels 
  • Arranging courier collections
  • Booking Taxis as required
  • Ensuring Security protocols are adhered to and in accordance to policies and procedures
  • Participate in Fire Test activities and play active role within Fire Incident Team

Skills and Attributes required by Receptionist:

  • Experience of working in a Reception/Front of House Role is essential
  • Reliability and punctuality essential due to nature of role and shift pattern
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate within and across functions at all levels and with confidence
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • A self-starter and able to work autonomously 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

NB. A DBS check will be required for the role of Receptionist

 

Rate of Pay:       £10.00 to £10.50 per hour (dependent upon experience)

Location:            Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Contract:            Maternity Cover – minimum 6 months
