Cathy Strain - Director & Permanent Recruitment
Cathy brings over twenty years' experience of managing small businesses coupled with CIPD qualifications in Human Resource Management to the agency. Her knowledge, professional ethics and integrity are the basic building blocks of the management approach and style adopted by Smart 1.
As well as being a business Director, Cathy's passion for people sees her heading up permanent recruitment here at Smart 1.
