Information Technology organisation requires a tech-savvy Data Manager to join their friendly, close-knit team, providing international data solutions with the latest sensor technology.  As Data Manager you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining high-quality data for clients around the world. From handling advanced sensor configurations to resolving support tickets, you’ll be right in the action.

Duties of Data Manager:

  • Sensor Management: Install, validate, calibrate and upgrade sensors to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
  • Toolbox Oversight: Manage data repairs, create new client sites, configure exports and optimise data handling processes. Implement automation tools where applicable to enhance efficiency
  • Helpdesk Collaboration: Resolve data and sensor-related queries, address offline notifications, and assist support teams with troubleshooting and escalations
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all data collected meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Database & System Management: Maintain and optimise databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports, dashboards and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. Apply analytical techniques to identify trends, anomalies and areas for improvement
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Research and implement new technologies to enhance data management practices
  • Other Duties: Retrieve, scrape and compile data to support client-specific tasks and issue lists

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 – negotiable dependent upon experience
