Site Supervisor
Well established air handling units manufacturing company (est. 1992) are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to join their onsite installation team. Offered as a permanent contract, the role of Site Supervisor provides an attractive salary range, company vehicle and phone. Previous experience of HVAC/AHU’s industry is essential for the role as well as being SSSTS / SMSTS trained. Given the inherent risks involved in the role, an individual who prioritises safety and adherence to precautionary measures is essential in leading/overseeing the team.
As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, managing & monitoring the daily operations of multiple sites across the UK.
Your duties as Site Supervisor would include:
- Monitor the behaviour of your teams and contractors
- Ensure everyone on the site complies with health and safety regulations
- Implement and enforce procedures and policies
- Conduct site inspections, identifying and eliminating potential safety hazards
- Handle onsite incidents in accordance with incident response protocols
- Support the project management team in planning and managing workloads
- Maintain an accurate site log and record of personnel attendance
- Liaise with clients to meet project demands
- Attend site meetings
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Provide professional recommendations for changes to construction activities or procedures to boost efficiency
Successful candidates for the role of Site Supervisor would require the following skills:
- Experience working with AHU’s/HVAC industry - essential

Location: Nationwide coverage, company based in Bromsgrove
Salary: £40,000 DOE
